I don't have a 3D drawing. How can I start a new project?
Don't worry. Providing a physical product sample is a perfectly valid option for us to begin the mold development process.
What is the standard delivery time?
The mold design typically takes 3-7 working days. Production and providing approval samples usually take between 30 to 45 days.
How do you ensure product quality before shipment?
Each mold undergoes 2-3 rigorous test runs before shipment. We also provide testing videos for your final confirmation before we pack the goods.
Which mold materials and design software do you use?
We work with high-quality materials like P20, 718, NAK80, and S136 (HRC28-HRC60). For design, we utilize industry-standard software including UG, PROE, CAD, and CAXA.
