● Technical Capabilities & Equipment
✔ Five-axis high-speed milling
✔ Three-axis high-speed milling
✔ CNC engraving and milling
✔ Deep hole drilling machines
✔ Precision Electric sparks (EDM)
✔ Wire cutting equipment
✔ CMM Inspection Machine
✔ Large-scale milling centers
● Quality Control Process
We provide a full range of processing technology, including mold flow analysis and simulation software to verify filling processes, dissolution wiring, and deformation. Our rigorous inspection covers:
▶ Steel purchasing inspection (hardness & flaw detection)
▶ CNC precision measurement (3D coordinate measures)
▶ Mold assembly & movement feasibility
▶ Cooling system & cycle testing
▶ Sample dimension and physical parameter analysis
▶ High-pressure and long-term automatic running tests
● Mold Manufacturing & Delivery
After the confirmation of the mold drawing, the manufacturing process includes steel preparation, CNC rough machining, deep hole drilling, EDM, finishing, and assembly. All moulds are manufactured with a tolerance of +/- 0.01mm.
● Packaging and Shipment
Prior to delivery, we perform a complete inspection to ensure the continuity of mold structure and parts standardization. The packaging steps include:
1. Cleaning cavity and core (no debris)
2. Spraying antirust paint (inside and outside)
3. Wrapping with protective plastic film
4. Securing in a reinforced wooden case
● Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What types of moulds can you manufacture?
A: We specialize in plastic injection moulds, including automotive parts, household appliances, thin-wall components, and industrial parts.
Q: How long is the typical lead time for a mould?
A: Most moulds are finished within 45 days. However, complex or very large-scale moulds may require more time.
Q: What are your standard payment terms?
A: Our standard terms are 50% prepayment in advance, with the remaining balance paid before shipment.
Q: Do you provide a warranty for the moulds?
A: Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty period. Wearing parts are provided for free within this period, excluding damage caused by improper operation.
Q: What is your annual production capacity?
A: We have the capacity to design and manufacture approximately 300 to 500 sets of injection moulds per year.
Q: Do you provide free design services?
A: Yes, we offer free design support including both part design optimization and comprehensive mould design.
