What is your standard lead time for a mould?
For most molds, the lead time is normally 45 to 60 working days after the deposit is received and mold drawings are approved (excluding official holidays).
How can I approve the samples?
You can visit our factory to see the testing directly, or we can send samples via DHL, TNT, or Fedex. We also provide mold running videos and dimension inspection reports via email.
What kind of after-sales service do you provide?
We offer a 1-year warranty under normal use. Non-man-made damaged spare parts are offered for free within one year, and technical support is available at any time.
What steel materials are used in the mould construction?
This plastic cap mold specifically uses 718 steel for the core and cavity, with a steel hardness of HRC34-38 to ensure durability.
What is the expected service life of the mould?
The mould is designed for high-volume production with a quality assurance of approximately 1,000,000 injection cycles.
