Plastic Injection Product Drawing Description

After receiving the initial part designs from the client, we check details and analyze the plastic raw material. For complicated parts, we create a DFM report to highlight potential issues. This allows clients to understand the conception of the mould design and required improvements.

Plastic Injection Mould 3D Design

Once 3D designs are confirmed, we begin mould 3D design. Our designers have 10+ years of experience, ensuring excellent ejector, cooling, and runner systems. We discuss fine details such as limit switches and shot counters with clients for finalized designs.

Manufacturing Process

1. Steel Procurement: We check steel hardness to ensure quality before starting the tooling process.

2. Rough Tooling: Primarily using CNC milling. For large moulds, specialized tooling centres are used to increase speed.

3. Precise Tooling: Includes high-speed CNC engraving, EDM, and EDW. Higher precision requirements use high-speed equipment for tighter tolerances.

4. Deep Hole Drilling: Used for cooling lines and ejector pins to ensure perfect straightness.

5. Polishing: Manual polishing is performed for high-shinning finishes required in home appliance products.
