Case Study: Precision Assembly Optimization
Quality Analysis

From "Won't Fit" to "Perfect Fit"

Through systematic analysis of assembly difficulties, we identified root causes in tolerance stack-up and material shrinkage. By transitioning from positive interference to reasonable clearance fits and adding lead-in chamfers, we achieved a smooth assembly experience.

  • Risk Prediction: Utilizing a 20-year database to identify design flaws.
  • Cost Optimization: Reducing modification costs by 60% via DFM analysis.
  • Customer Value: Development cycles shortened by 30-50%.
Frequently Asked Questions
Support Team
1. What are your terms of payment?
50% Mold cost deposit. Balance mold cost + 50% production cost paid when samples confirmed. Remaining balance paid against copy of B/L. We accept T/T.
2. How about your delivery time?
Generally, it takes about 40 days (30 days for mold construction and 10 days for mass production).
3. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We can custom molds with an MOQ of just 1 piece. Typically, 500-1000 pieces per design is recommended for production economics, but we are flexible for trial orders.
4. How do I get a quick project estimate?
You can provide sketches, images, or a simple idea. For the most accurate quote, please provide 3D drawings (STEP/IGS) and material specifications.
5. Which plastic materials do you work with?
We work with over 400 types of materials, including ABS, PP, PC, PVC, PTFE, POM, Nylon PA66, and many high-performance engineering plastics.
6. Do you provide design for manufacturability (DFM) reports?
Yes, we provide detailed DFM reports and mold flow analysis to identify potential risks and optimize the production process before any tooling begins.
